Fitness Equipment Leasing – Fat Burning Tips: Nutrition

Fitness Equipment Leasing And Nutrition

In this installment of our fitness equipment leasing series on fat burning techniques, we will look at the subject of appropriate nutrition and how it applies to your fitness and exercise goals.  Never underestimate the importance of eating healthy when it comes to burning unnecessary fat from your frame.

For starters, stay hydrated. This means water. Active individuals need to consume more water, roughly a gallon a day in order to avoid dehydration. If you don’t like drinking water, consider this, dehydrated people burn fat at a much slower rate than those who believe in maintaining a good water supply.

Eat more frequently, throwing out the whole notion of three squares per day and adopting an approach that involved 5-6 smaller meals each day. This allows your metabolism to work almost constantly, whereas larger meals slow our metabolism and force leftover calories to be stored as fat.

Fitness equipment leasing is only a part of the solution. You have to know the basics of fitness to get the results you want.

When you eat, make sure it is rich in protein, because muscle building is the fastest route to slimming down that you can have. Protein consumption needs to keep pace with your weight training. Protein bars and shakes are excellent sources for the 1 – 15 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight that you need to acquire each day.  You should also learn to enjoy salads since they prevent you from overeating during dinner, but stay away from high fat dressings.

Lose the sodas, and rely instead on water and flavored drinks to get the fluids you need each day. One soda per day adds 1750 calories per week to your diet…..not good. They also lend themselves to overindulgences elsewhere, which means serious weight gain.

When you get the munchies, go for something like plain unbuttered popcorn, as this will sate the carving without adding unnecessary calories and screwing up the whole fitness cycle. Eating grapefruit also aids in weight loss, in some cases providing for as much as 12 pounds of weight falling off over the course of a couple of months….and all without dieting.

Cut down on the carbs….we know everyone says that, but it has merit. Rotate low and high carb days to keep energy levels up while simultaneously running a caloric deficit.  Limit high carb drinks to post workout, when your body needs carbs to speed recovery.
